- Privacy Policy;
- Shipping Policy;
- Refund & Return Policy;
- Cookie Policy, where applicable;
- Product descriptions;
- Specification guides;
- Promotion-specific conditions;
- Any additional information displayed during checkout.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

In these Terms:
- “okgoods”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to QING ORANGE NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.
- “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to a person using the website or purchasing Products.
- “Website” refers to the okgoods online store and all associated pages.
- “Product” or “Products” refers to stationery, stationery accessories and any other goods offered through the Website.
- “Order” refers to your request to purchase one or more Products.
- “Contract” refers to the legally binding agreement formed when we accept your Order.
- “Business Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays and courier non-operating days.
Headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Website and place an Order only if:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- You provide accurate and complete information;
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method;
- You are purchasing Products for lawful purposes;
- Your use of the Website complies with applicable law.
Where you are not legally old enough to enter into a binding agreement, an authorised parent or legal guardian must place the Order on your behalf.
We may refuse service, cancel an Order or restrict an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unlawful conduct or a serious breach of these Terms.
4. Personal-Use Purchases
Products sold through okgoods are primarily intended for personal and household use.
You must contact us before placing an Order intended for:
- Commercial resale;
- Wholesale distribution;
- Marketplace resale;
- Business purchasing;
- Bulk promotional use.
We may apply reasonable purchase limits or review unusually large Orders.
Some consumer protections described in these Terms may not apply where Products are purchased wholly or mainly for business, trade or resale purposes.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability information are accurate.
Product pages may include:
- Product name;
- Available specifications;
- Available colours;
- Material information;
- Size & dimension measurements;
- Usage features;
- Maintenance instructions;
- Product photographs;
- Stock availability;
- Price;
- Delivery information.
Please read the full Product description and specification information before placing an Order.
Product photographs are provided for illustration. Minor differences may occur because of:
- Photography lighting;
- Screen brightness;
- Monitor or mobile-device settings;
- Material texture;
- Batch colour variations;
- Manufacturing tolerances;
- Product updates;
- Decorative props used in photographs.
Accessories shown in photographs are not included unless the Product description specifically states that they are included.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a Product is materially different from its description.
6. Specifications & Application Difference
Stationery specifications may vary between different manufacturers, styles, materials and designs.
A Product marked with the same specification as another Product may differ in usage experience because of:
- Product structural design;
- Material hardness & elasticity;
- Production craft;
- Application scenarios;
- Regional production standards;
- Manufacturing methods.
Please review the specification chart and any Product-specific measurements before ordering.
Where measurements are taken manually, a small reasonable variation may occur.
If the correct Product and specification were supplied but the usage experience fails to meet your expectation, the return will normally be treated as a change-of-mind return under our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Colour and Appearance
We aim to display Product colours as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different because of:
- Screen calibration;
- Device display settings;
- Photography conditions;
- Lighting;
- Material texture;
- Dye-batch variation.
A minor colour difference caused by a display device or normal production variation does not necessarily mean that the Product is defective.
Please contact Customer Support where the Product received is materially different from the Product displayed or described.
8. Product Availability
All Products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve it.
A Product may become unavailable:
- Before checkout is completed;
- After an Order is submitted;
- During payment verification;
- Before the Order is accepted;
- Because of an inventory error.
If a Product becomes unavailable, we may:
- Contact you with an estimated restock date;
- Offer a suitable alternative stationery product;
- Remove the unavailable Product and refund the corresponding amount;
- Cancel the affected Order and issue a refund.
We will not substitute a materially different Product without your agreement.
9. Placing an Order
To place an Order, follow the checkout instructions and provide all requested information.
Before submitting your Order, please check:
- Product name;
- Specification;
- Colour;
- Quantity;
- Price;
- Delivery method;
- Delivery address;
- Billing details;
- Contact information;
- Discount code;
- Final Order total.
You are responsible for correcting errors before submitting the Order.
After submitting an Order, you may receive an automatic acknowledgement email. This confirms that we have received your request, but it does not necessarily confirm that the Order has been accepted.
10. Order Acceptance
Your Order is an offer to purchase Products from us.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, a binding Contract is formed when we:
- Send a dispatch confirmation; or
- Send another written notice expressly confirming acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an Order before acceptance where:
- A Product is unavailable;
- Payment is declined or reversed;
- Payment verification is unsuccessful;
- The delivery address is incomplete or unsupported;
- The Website contains an obvious price or description error;
- The quantity suggests unauthorised resale;
- Fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected;
- We are legally unable to supply the Product;
- The Order breaches these Terms.
If payment has already been collected for an Order that we do not accept, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
11. Order Verification
Some Orders may require additional verification before acceptance or dispatch.
We may ask you to confirm:
- Your full name;
- Billing address;
- Delivery address;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Payment ownership;
- Information relating to the transaction.
Verification may be carried out by us or by an independent payment or fraud-prevention provider.
Please do not send complete card numbers, security codes, online banking passwords or payment passwords through email or WhatsApp.
Failure to complete a reasonable verification request may result in delay or cancellation.
12. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website.
The total amount payable will be displayed before you submit your Order and may include:
- Product price;
- Applicable taxes charged by us;
- Delivery charges;
- Optional services;
- Promotional discounts.
International customers may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included.
Prices may change at any time. A price change will not normally affect an Order that has already been accepted.
13. Pricing Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product prices are accurate.
Occasionally, a Product may be displayed with an incorrect price because of a technical, administrative or system error.
Where an obvious pricing error is identified before acceptance, we may:
- Contact you and offer the Product at the correct price; or
- Cancel the affected Product or Order.
We will not charge the corrected price without your agreement.
If payment has been collected for a cancelled Order, the relevant amount will be refunded.
14. Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that:
- The information is accurate;
- You are authorised to use the payment method;
- Sufficient funds or credit are available;
- The transaction is lawful;
- The payment information is not fraudulent.
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. These providers may apply their own terms, verification procedures and privacy policies.
We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
An Order may be delayed or cancelled where payment is:
- Declined;
- Reversed;
- Incomplete;
- Flagged for verification;
- Subject to a payment dispute;
- Authorised but not successfully captured.
15. Payment Authorisations
Your bank or payment provider may temporarily authorise or reserve funds when you place an Order.
A pending payment authorisation is not necessarily a completed charge.
If an Order is cancelled, the time required for the pending amount to be released is controlled by the bank or payment provider.
We cannot guarantee how quickly a bank or payment provider will release reserved funds.
16. Discount Codes
Discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Only one code may be used per Order;
- A code may be limited to one use per customer;
- Codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Codes cannot be applied after an Order has been completed;
- Codes may have an expiry date;
- Codes may exclude certain Products;
- Codes may require a minimum Order value;
- Delivery charges may be excluded;
- Codes must not be copied, sold or distributed without permission.
We may refuse or cancel the use of a code obtained or used fraudulently.
17. Promotions and Free Gifts
Sales, multi-buy offers, free gifts and other promotions may be subject to additional conditions.
Where promotion-specific conditions conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific conditions will apply to that promotion.
Promotional stock may be limited.
If part of a discounted bundle is returned, the refund may be recalculated based on the Products retained.
Any free gift supplied with a qualifying purchase should normally be returned if the qualifying Product is returned.
18. Processing and Shipping
Orders may go through:
- Payment confirmation;
- Fraud screening;
- Stock confirmation;
- Picking and packing;
- Quality checking;
- Shipping-label creation;
- Courier collection.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Estimated processing, shipping and delivery information may be displayed:
- On the Product page;
- During checkout;
- In the confirmation email;
- In the dispatch email.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically offered and purchased.
Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.
19. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
The address should include, where applicable:
- Recipient name;
- Building or house number;
- Flat, apartment or unit number;
- Street name;
- Town or city;
- Postcode or ZIP code;
- Country;
- Contact telephone number.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
We will try to update an address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
Reasonable additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be charged before reshipment or deducted from an eligible refund where legally permitted.
20. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:
- Severe weather;
- Public holidays;
- Courier disruption;
- Customs processing;
- Security screening;
- Transport delays;
- Incorrect address information;
- Remote-area delivery;
- High seasonal demand;
- Events outside our reasonable control.
A delayed parcel is not automatically considered lost.
We will provide reasonable assistance and, where appropriate, request an investigation from the courier.
21. Multiple Shipments
An Order may be divided into multiple parcels where:
- Products are stored in different fulfilment locations;
- Products have different processing times;
- Courier size or weight limits apply;
- Part of the Order is ready before the remaining Products.
You may receive separate tracking numbers.
Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean that the remaining Products are missing.
22. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for loss or damage generally passes to you when the Product is delivered to:
- You;
- A person authorised by you;
- A safe place requested or authorised by you;
- A collection point selected by you;
- A carrier independently arranged by you, where applicable.
Ownership of the Products passes to you after we have received full payment and delivery has occurred, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a parcel is lost, incorrectly delivered or damaged before responsibility passes to you.
23. Cancellation Rights
You may have a legal right to cancel an eligible online Order within a specified period, depending on your location and applicable consumer law.
Where UK distance-selling rules apply, eligible customers may normally notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the Products and then return the Products within a further 14 days.
To request cancellation, contact:
Email: okgoodsSupport@outlook.com
WhatsApp: +1 417 496 0117
Please provide:
- Your full name;
- Order number;
- The Products you wish to cancel;
- The date the Order was received.
Certain Products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including personalised and hygiene-sensitive Products where applicable.
Please review our Refund & Return Policy for complete instructions.
24. Returns
Do not send a Product back until Customer Support has provided return instructions.
The address printed on the delivery parcel may belong to a courier or fulfilment facility and may not be authorised to receive customer returns.
For a standard change-of-mind return, the Product should normally be:
- Unused, only opened for simple inspection;
- Unmarked, unwritten or uncoloured;
- Unaltered;
- Free from ink, glue, paint stains and marks;
- Free from perfume, smoke, cooking and pet odours;
- Complete with original tags and labels;
- Returned with all matching accessories and parts;
- Securely packaged to avoid collision and scratch.
Where a Product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and usage performance, a reasonable deduction may be made from the refund where permitted by law.
25. Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Change-of-mind returns may be restricted for certain sealed Products after the hygiene seal or protective strip has been removed.
This may include:
- Sealed pen refills, bottled ink;
- Sealed correction tape, correction fluid, glue sticks;
- Sealed art paint sets, liquid stationery;
- Sealed pencil sharpeners, eraser packs;
- Sealed portable stationery sets.
This restriction does not affect your rights where a Product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description.
26. Faulty Products
Products should be supplied in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If you believe a Product is faulty, contact us and provide:
- Your Order number;
- A description of the fault;
- Clear photographs or video;
- The date the problem was first noticed;
- Confirmation that the maintenance instructions were followed.
A Product will not normally be considered faulty where damage results from:
- Normal wear and tear after daily use;
- Accidental damage, collision or extrusion;
- Misuse, improper storage;
- Improper soaking or overheating;
- Failure to follow maintenance instructions;
- Unauthorised alteration or repair;
- Use of unsuitable solvents or chemicals;
- Extrusion, falling impact;
- Damage caused by external hard objects.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory remedy available for faulty Products.
27. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
Please inspect your Order shortly after delivery.
Contact us promptly if:
- A Product arrives damaged;
- You receive the wrong Product;
- You receive the wrong specification or colour;
- Part of the Order is missing.
We may ask you to provide:
- Order number;
- Photographs of the Product;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- Photograph of the shipping label;
- Photographs of everything received;
- A short video where helpful.
Please do not write on, modify, repair or dispose of the affected Product before receiving instructions.
28. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may begin after:
- The returned Product is received;
- Valid evidence of return is provided where applicable;
- The Product is inspected;
- The refund request is approved.
We cannot normally issue a refund to:
- A different payment card;
- Another PayPal account;
- A third party;
- An unrelated bank account;
- A payment method not used for the original Order.
After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display it.
Please review our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
29. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for a different:
- Specification;
- Colour;
- Style;
- Stationery product.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We cannot guarantee that a replacement Product will remain available while the original Product is in transit.
Where an exchange is unavailable, we may issue a refund and ask you to place a new Order.
30. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information;
- Keep your details updated;
- Protect your password;
- Prevent unauthorised account access;
- Notify us of suspicious activity.
You must not:
- Create an account using another person’s identity;
- Provide false or misleading information;
- Use automated systems to create multiple accounts;
- Attempt to access another customer’s account;
- Use an account for fraud or promotion abuse.
We may temporarily restrict an account while investigating security, fraud or serious misuse.
31. Permitted Website Use
You may use the Website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes.

- Copy Website content for commercial use;
- Impersonate another person;

- Attempt to damage our systems or reputation.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems and legal rights.

- It relates to a genuine shopping experience;
- You have the right to submit it;
- It does not infringe intellectual-property rights;
- It is not unlawful, abusive or misleading;
- It does not contain unnecessary personal information;
- Any commercial incentive has been disclosed.
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, moderate and use it in connection with operating and promoting okgoods.
We may remove content that reasonably appears fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or in breach of these Terms.
We will not remove a genuine review solely because it is unfavourable.
34. Third-Party Services
The Website may use or link to independent third parties, including:
- Payment providers;
- Couriers;
- Social-media platforms;
- Analytics providers;
- Messaging services;
- External websites.
Third-party services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services except where applicable law makes us responsible.

You may contact us through WhatsApp or email.
Please do not send:

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The Website may use:
- Essential cookies;
- Shopping-cart cookies;

- Advertising cookies, where permitted.
Where required, optional cookies will only be activated after an appropriate consent choice.

38. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks
We may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures, including reviewing:
- Payment status;
- Billing and delivery information;
- Device information;
- Account activity;
- Order patterns;
- Payment-provider risk indicators.
Please contact Customer Support before opening a chargeback where possible.
If a payment dispute is opened while a refund is being processed, we may pause the internal refund process until the payment provider completes its investigation to avoid duplicate reimbursement.
We may provide relevant transaction, delivery and communication records to the payment provider.
Nothing in this section prevents you from using a lawful payment-dispute process.
39. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Website available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Updates;
- Technical faults;
- Hosting issues;
- Security incidents;
- Network disruption;
- Events outside our reasonable control.
We may update, suspend or remove Website features where reasonably necessary.
This will not remove obligations relating to Orders already accepted.
40. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We do not exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Rights that cannot legally be excluded;
- Any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care.
We are not normally responsible for loss caused by:
- Incorrect information supplied by you;
- Misuse of a stationery Product;
- Failure to follow maintenance instructions;
- Unauthorised alterations;
- Events outside our reasonable control;
- Business or resale activity where you purchased as a consumer;

- Applicable law;
- Stationery product range;
- Payment methods;
- Delivery arrangements;
- Website functionality;
- Security requirements;
- Business operations.
The latest version will be published on the Website with the updated revision date.
Changes will normally apply to future Website use and future Orders.
We will not retrospectively change an accepted Contract in a way that unlawfully or unfairly reduces your rights.
44. Assignment
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a lawful business reorganisation, sale, merger or service arrangement.
Any transfer will not reduce your contractual or statutory rights.
You may transfer your rights where applicable law permits or where we agree in writing.
45. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right or remedy, this does not mean that we have waived that right or remedy.
Any waiver applies only to the specific circumstances in which it is given.
46. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
The affected provision will be adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary where legally permitted.
47. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and information incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of the Website and purchase of Products.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or prevents reliance on mandatory consumer rights or information that legally forms part of the Contract.
48. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any Contract between you and us are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Where you are purchasing as a consumer, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country or region where you ordinarily live.
